CULLMAN, AL (WAFF) -

The flu outbreak in Alabama has claimed three more lives.

Doctor Scott Warner confirmed that three people have died from the flu in Cullman County.

Cullman Regional Medical Center said that more than 300 people had been tested positive for the flu since December. They admitted 18 patients in December, and eight in January.

Dr. Warner said that the flu peak in Alabama is usually in February, and that it is still not too late to get your flu shot.
