Convicted AL/TN murderer winks at cameras, families after sentence

Good Wednesday evening and happy Wednesday evening. Here's what we're working on for WAFF 48 News at Ten.

We've got some video that's going to make you very angry. After he was sentenced to 2 life prison terms for killing 6 people in Alabama and Tennessee in 2012, Henry Burrell actually winked to our reporter then the victims' family members as he left the courtroom today. WAFF 48's Sarah Navoy was in the courtroom and will have more reaction to the sentencing and Burrell's controversial act.

Only on WAFF 48 News, Shumuriel Ratliff attended a candlelight vigil for 20-year old James Winters, Junior.  Winters was shot and killed at an apartment complex on Patton Road in Huntsville earlier this week. Shumuriel spoke with family members about the loss and the promising future ahead for Winters.

And in my weekly Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers report, we'll show you a man who burglarized a Huntsville cake and candy store. But this guy wasn't after any sweet treats. He was after cash. You can earn some cash if you know who he is.

We hope you'll join us for these stories and much more at 10.
