STARKVILLE, MS (RNN) - I.J. Ready and Colin Borchert hit free throws down the stretch Saturday to help Mississippi State pull away late with a 76-72 win over Ole Miss.

The Bulldogs (11-4) scored the last four points of the game from the line to break a 72-72 tie.

Craig Sword made the first of two foul shots to break the tie, and 20 seconds later Ready extended the lead to three points. Borchert iced the game with a 1-of-2 trip with 10 seconds left.

Ole Miss guard Jarvis Summers hit three 3-pointers and was perfect in six trips to the free throw line to lead all scorers with 23 points. Ladarius White had 16, and Derrick Millinghaus had 15.

The Rebels (10-5) hit 10 shots from behind the arc and outrebounded the Bulldogs, but they lost the turnover battle 16-9.

Roquez Johnson led Mississippi State with 20 points off the bench. Sword had 15, Borchert had 14 and Ready scored 10.
