HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Huntsville Hospital is asking people to limit their visits during the ongoing rise of flu cases in North Alabama.

Hospital officials are asking people to limit their visits to Huntsville Hospital facilities "unless absolutely necessary." Persons with fever, coughing, runny nose, sore through, headaches, chills and fatigue are asked not to visit the hospital unless they are coming to receive medical services.

If visits are required, officials ask that you take proper health precautions, including hand washing and wearing masks.
