2 men arrested on burglary charges in Decatur

DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Decatur Police arrested two people on burglary charges Tuesday evening.

Police responded around 8:30 p.m. to a residence on the 2100 block of Highway 20 after receiving a call about two suspicious men walking around the property.

Upon arrival, officers noticed a door to a shed had been pried open and found the two men inside.

John David Sanchez, 21, and Blas Edudro Rodriguez, 19, both of Decatur, were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglar's tools.

Both were transferred to the Morgan County Jail under $5,000 bond each.
