Tift County graduate Brannen Greene is struggling to get off the pine at Kansas.
The former Blue Devil is currently averaging 2.3 points per game in just under seven minutes. He has received a DNP in the past two games. His former head coach Eric Holland says that he must remain patient.
"When you go to college, everybody can ball. Brannen has to realize he is at a place where everybody can play, everybody was a McDonald's All-American," Holland said. "But I think he is going to persevere ... It's not the beginning of the journey, its about the end of the journey."
No. 16 Kansas lost at home to No. 21 San Diego State Sunday afternoon, shooting 4-16 from downtown.
