2 victims arrive at hospital with gunshot wounds

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Huntsville police are investigating after two victims, including a 17-year-old boy, came into Huntsville Hospital with a gunshot wounds.

Police said one victim had a gunshot wound in his leg, and the teen had been wounded in the groin and leg.

The victims said they were wounded on the 4300 block of Patton Road around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. The victims told police that an unknown person had pulled a gun on them and began shooting, hitting the victim in the leg. The teen told police that when he tried to pull a gun out of his waistband and shoot back, he accidentally shot himself in the groin and leg.

No one has been arrested yet. Investigators are continuing to look into this incident.
