Baby New Year arrives in Scottsboro

SCOTTSBORO, AL (WAFF) -

Baby New Year arrived at 12:13 Wednesday morning at Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro.

Amanda Devor gave birth to six-pound two-ounce Kiley Alexis.

"Really excited, I never thought it would happen on New Year's Day," said Devor, whose due date was actually Jan. 11.

"She was ready, she was like let me out, mom," said Devor.

Baby Kiley is Devor's third child. Her other children are ages six and three.
