Judge to rule on former UAH provost's inclusion in suit

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A Madison County judge will decide if a former university leader can be sued in connection with the UAH shootings.

Amy Bishop-Anderson shot six people, killing three in 2010. Family members of some of the victims filed civil lawsuits against Bishop-Anderson, her husband and the school's former provost, Dr. Vistasp Karbhari.

Dr. Karbhari filed a motion for a summary judgement, asking to be removed from the case.
