GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Guntersville police arrested a man after discovering five pounds of marijuana at his home.

Police served a search warrant at a home on the 3600 block of Smith Street Thursday afternoon. Investigators found five pounds of pot and other drug paraphernalia.

27-year-old Joshua Kent Anderson resisted arrest as they attempted to put him in a patrol car.

Anderson was charged with trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Bond was set at $500,000.
