Moulton couple arrested on drug charges

MOULTON, AL (WAFF) -

Authorities arrested a Moulton couple on drug charges after a six-month investigation.

During a search of their residence, investigators found 40 four gram packs of spice, a large quantity of high grade marijuana, and several types of prescription drugs.

Agents arrested Clyde Wayne Young, Jr., 31, and Sunny Danielle Ashley-Young, 24.  

Both were charged with four counts possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were taken to the Lawrence County Jail and later released after posting bond.

The Lawrence County Department of Human Resources was called out to due to children being inside the home.
