'Ball Cap Bandit' trial date changed again

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

The accused Ball Cap Bandit has another new trial date.

Investigators said Cedrick Hicks robbed banks across North Alabama and Southern Tennessee. Hicks faces state charges in Lauderdale County and federal charges in Alabama and Tennessee.

Hicks's trial date was previously delayed by a federal judge from Nov. 18 to Mar. 3. His trial is now scheduled to start on Jan. 13.
