LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Limestone County murder trial has been delayed again.

Joel Moyers was supposed to stand trial next month, but Monday morning, Judge James Woodroof signed an order granting his request for a continuance.

Moyers faces a capital murder charge for the shooting death of Brandon Hydrick.

Investigators said Hydrick and his brother were turning their truck around near Moyers' property when Moyers shot at their truck.

They said Moyers told them he thought the men were vandals, and he was trying to scare them away.
