MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A Scottsboro man has been indicted by a grand jury stemming from a traffic fatality in Marshall County this past spring.

52-year-old Robert Randal Sporleder is charged with two counts of felony leaving the scene of an accident.

The indictment stems from a March accident where Sporleder's Jeep struck and killed 45-year-old Keith Willoughby, who was fishing at Mill Creek off Highway 79 North, just outside Guntersville.

Willoughby's fishing equipment was found all along the roadway, but his body wasn't found until the next day, when it was found in the lake.
