A main break sent water rushing in an area along Hurricane Road Saturday night.
STARKVILLE, MS (WSFA) - The No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide beat Mississippi State University 20-7 in Starkville Saturday night. The Tide are now 10-0 on the season.
Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron broke the Alabama record for most yards of total offense during Saturday's game. It was a record previously held by John Parker Wilson.
Alabama got on the board first with a 33-yard field goal by Cade Foster in the first quarter.
McCarron then connected with Brian Vogler for an 18-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter.
The Tide went into halftime with a 10-0 lead.
McCarron connected with Kevin Norwood to give Alabama a 17-7 lead over Mississippi State in the third.
Cade Foster's 35-yard field goal with 12:15 left in the game made it 20-7.
Alabama will take on Chattanooga Saturday in Tuscaloosa for the Tide's last home game of the season.
