LITTLE ROCK, AR (WAFF) -

An Arkansas teenager, possibly taken against her will by her uncle in an ongoing custody battle, could be headed to Alabama.

An Amber Alert was issued for 13-year-old Kimberly Nussey. Kimberly was last seen Nov. 11 in Camden AR, wearing a gray cap with the letter A on it, a gray tank top with dogs on it, and light purple pants. She is 5'8" and approximately 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She is believed to be with her uncle, 38-year-old Phillip Nussey Jr. They are believed to be in a white, late-model Ford Crown Victoria with Arkansas Game & Fish Commission tag GGJGW. Investigators believe the two may be traveling southeast from Arkansas.

Kimberly was possibly taken against her will, and is believed to be in imminent danger. If you see Kimberly or Phillip, you are asked to call the Ouchita County Sheriff's Office, at 870-231-5300 or the FBI at 501-221-9100.
