UA warns fans of counterfeit tickets

TUSCALOOSA, AL (WSFA) -

While the University of Alabama prepares for a sellout crowd at Saturday's football game in Tuscaloosa, the athletic ticket office is warning fans of potential counterfeit tickets.

The Crimson Tide will host the Louisiana State University Tigers at Bryant-Denny Stadium Saturday.

The university warns that the UA ticket office is the only authorized outlet, and buyers who purchase tickets from other sources do so at their own risk.

If fans have any doubt about the validity of a ticket, they can visit the ticket office at Coleman coliseum to verify it during business hours Monday through Friday. Tickets can be verified on game day starting at 3 p.m. at gates 3 and 32.
