Bond lowered for Shoals child porn suspect

FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -

A man charged with more than 10,000 counts of child porn now has a lower bond. A Lauderdale County judge lowered David Gray's bond Tuesday afternoon.

Gray has been in jail since his arrest. Bond had initially been set at $50 million. Tuesday, his attorney, the district attorney and the judge agreed to lower the amount to $225,000.

David Gray waived his right to appear in court Tuesday. Police said they found more than 10,000 pornographic images of children as young as two years old on his computer. According to court documents, they also found video of him sexually abusing an adult.

The Lauderdale County Detention Center confirmed Tuesday afternoon that Gray was still in their facility.
