HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Huntsville Police said they cannot go into specific details regarding the Tuesday rape of a 60-year-old woman, but there is no threat to the general public. Still, there are a number of other unsolved rape cases in the Tennessee Valley.

One such case is the attack on a woman in Sheffield last week. Investigators are still looking for the person responsible, releasing a sketch of the suspect over the weekend.

Huntsville actually clears more rape cases than the state average, and more than the national average by some 50 percent. In 2011, Huntsville Police cleared 67% of the city's rape cases. Decatur is even better at 84%. In comparison, Florence and Madison stand under 50%. Guntersville only cleared 17% of their rape cases.

Sheffield, a city dealing with an unsolved rape right now, didn't clear any of the four rape cases in 2011.
