The 2nd Annual Artists on Tap

Artists on Tap was created by seven individuals who noticed a disconnect between the artist subculture and young professionals and decided to bridge the gap by focusing on promoting art and culture in the community.

Artists on Tap was created to give artists throughout the River Region a means to share their creativity and provide them with the opportunity to showcase their skills and talents, while giving young professionals a venue to connect and have access to the works of up and coming artists in the community.

The Artists on Tap event will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Capital City Club. This event will feature works of local artists in a friendly yet sociable environment in downtown Montgomery. It will include art, live art demonstrations, live music, and refreshments. Attendees will have the opportunity to view the art and meet the artists.

Currently, Artists on Tap is seeking artists who are interested in showcasing their work at the event. Twelve (12) participating artists will get a chance to display their art work at the Capital City Club for a month starting in 2014.

Interested artists can contact the Artists on Tap at ArtistsOnTap@gmail.com or on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/ArtistsOnTap. In addition, the Artist Entry Form is available online at http://www.sheagency.com/AOT.php.
