HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Some thieves recently "followed their noses" to a fragrance store in town. But you can help police track their scent and provide a "sour ending" to this sweet smelling crime.

You can see a man and two women on store surveillance video in the Ulta Cosmetics store at the Bridge Street Town Center June 11th.

It's hard to miss them. You can clearly see them stuffing bottles of perfume and cologne in their pockets, down their pants, in their purses.

In all, over $3,500 worth of products were pilfered.

And it didn't go unnoticed. Huntsville Police said a store clerk confronted them. The trio of thieves then left the store.

There was really nothing the employee could have done or should have to physically stop them. That's not her job. It's the job of police.

And with your help identifying these three thieves, they'll perform that job.

These three made that job a whole lot easier for you and for police. We have extremely clear shots of all three of them on their way out.

Do you recognize any of them?

If so, they'll be headed to jail, and you'll be headed to the bank.

Just make the anonymous phone call to 256-53-Crime (256-53-27463).

Or text or e-mail your anonymous tips.

Go to our Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers section to see how.

There's a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
