JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

After more than a year, two more people have been arrested in Jackson County in connection to a theft from a local flea market. Three people were arrested last year, but now authorities have caught up with two more that had outstanding warrants.

Timothy Wilson Nail and Margie Louise Hainds face nearly thirty counts of burglary, criminal mischief and theft charges. Investigators said the pair was involved in the theft at Taco-Bet on Highway 40. Electronics, hand tools, ceramic figures and other items were stolen from the flea market.

Nail and Hainds were also charged with the theft of items at storage buildings on Highway 71 in Dutton. The thefts took place in June 2012 and three people were initially arrested.

Bond was set at just over $50,000. Hainds has made bond, while Nail remains in custody.
