HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

More information has been uncovered about the suspension of "HaHa" Clinton-Dix, a major component of Alabama's defense.

Wednesday night, Head Coach Nick Saban said he would not talk about why the suspension happened, but that has been the process with every suspension.

Alabama Assistant Strength Coach Corey Harris has been placed on administrative leave after compliance department officials discovered he provided a loan to junior safety Clinton-Dix.

According to the Tuscaloosa News, the loan Harris provided to Dix was less than $500. Dix has since repaid the loan. However, NCAA rules prohibit coaches and athletic staff members from providing such benefits to players.

It is unclear if or when we could see HaHa back on the football field. Alabama has most likely already reported this incident to the NCAA. They will have to perform an investigation and determine what, if any, action will take place.
