The Tuscaloosa County Homicide Unit says that a man wanted for multiple crimes, including allegedly shooting three women with a shotgun, has been apprehended.
Robert L. Sudduth, 27, was located at a north Tuscaloosa County residence Tuesday, Oct. 1 by U.S. Marshals.
He is accused of shooting the three women as well as shooting into an occupied dwelling and shooting into an occupied vehicle Monday, Sept. 23. The women were treated for non life-threatening injuries.
Sudduth is charged with attempted murder, assault in the second degree, shooting into an occupied dwelling and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle. His bond totals $150,000.
Authorities say Sudduth also has pending probation revocations on previous charges with no bond.
