AUBURN – Bye week practice continued on Tuesday for the Auburn football team with the Tigers holding a one hour, forty minute session in full pads at the Auburn Athletics Complex practice fields on Tuesday evening.
While Auburn is off this Saturday, the Tigers are using the vacant date to get a jump start on the next opponent.
"We are watching film on Ole Miss and all that, but we are just focusing on ourselves this week and getting better," Auburn senior defensive end Nosa Eguae said.
Auburn (3-1, 1-1 SEC) has an open date on September 28, but returns to action inside Jordan-Hare Stadium against Ole Miss on October 5. The Tigers lead the all-time series with Mississippi 27-10, including a 13-2 mark in games played on The Plains.
Kickoff and television coverage is to be announced. The Rebels play at Alabama on Saturday prior to playing the Tigers.
A limited number of mini-season tickets are still available as well as single-game tickets for Ole Miss, Western Carolina and Florida Atlantic. All tickets can be purchased online at AUBTIX.com.
