Posted: Updated:
LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

The man accused of destroying nearly 100 tombstones in Limestone County last year will stand trial Dec. 2.

Robert Muse was charged with three counts of criminal mischief.

Judge Woodroof said Muse's trial was delayed in order for him to get a mental evaluation.

According to police, Muse vandalized the Hatchett Cemetery in Tanner twice before security cameras recorded him damaging tombstones.
