UPPER SANDUSKY, Ohio, Sept. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 8, 2013, the Board of Directors of Commercial Bancshares, Inc. declared a third quarter dividend of $0.165 per share payable on September 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2013. This dividend rate represents an increase of 17.8% from the Company's second quarter dividend. President Bob Beach stated, "We are pleased to be able to provide this additional value for our shareholders."
