Escaped inmate from Camden community-based facility

CAMDEN, AL (WSFA) -

Authorities with the Alabama Department of Corrections are searching for an escaped inmate after he was unaccounted for late Thursday evening.

ADOC says inmate Jerry Randolf Anthony was listed as an escapee around 9:25 p.m. Thursday at the Camden community-based facility.

Anthony could not be located during ADOC's search of the facility. He was last accounted for at 7:00 p.m.

Anthony is 5 feet, 11 inches tall weighing 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He is sentenced out of Montgomery County and is serving a 50 year sentence for assault.

A parole hearing was scheduled for February 2015.
