DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Decatur Thursday afternoon.

Around 2 p.m., a blue car and a truck collided on Highway 31, three miles south of the Beltline.

Investigators say the truck was traveling southbound and the car was traveling northbound. The car was crossing traffic to turn onto Mill Road when the truck hit the car.

The 17-year-old driver was flown by medical helicopter to Huntsville Hospital. Two men in the truck were transported to an area hospital by ambulance.
