HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A woman charged with murder in a traffic homicide case could stay locked up for a while.

A Madison County prosecutor said she will file a motion to revoke bond for Caren Gayle Rush. Rush is charged with murder for a Dec. 29, 2012 crash on Highway 53 that killed Emily Daye.

The Madison County District Attorney's office said Rush was out of jail on a manufacturing charge at the time of the fatal crash.

The next step in this case is a trial date since Rush was arrested on a grand jury indictment.
