MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

The Captain D's on Airport Road in Huntsville scored an 82 with the Madison County Health Department.

The inspector reported a cold-holding violation, with raw salmon, raw chicken, and coleslaw all held between twelve to seventeen degrees above the maximum temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold-holding foods.

The Waffle House on Hughes Road in Madison also scored an 93 during their reinspection. That's a ten point improvement over their previous score.
