ANNISTON, AL (WAFF) -

An Anniston couple has been indicted on capital murder charges in the beating death of the woman's 5-year-old son.

A Calhoun County grand jury handed down the indictment against India Kimble, 28, and her boyfriend, Vonta McClellan, 26.  McClellan also faces child abuse charges after Kimble's daughter was found with bruises on her.
