MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A Morgan County Health inspector reported only one critical violation at the AM-PM Food Mart in Somerville, but there were several smaller violations that added up, as they scored an 80. The health department uses the acronym "TNTC" in their reports for "too numerous to count." That's how the health inspector's report described the amount of flies in AM-PM.

The Shell in the 900 block of 6th Avenue in Decatur scored an 82. They also only had one critical violation, as the health inspector reported finding cold-holding foods held above the 41 degree maximum temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold-holding foods.

A Taqueria Los Tres Riales mobile food stand in Huntsville remains on the Madison County Health Department's reinspection schedule after scoring an 83. They scored a 78 last time during their previous inspection.

The health inspector reported cold-holding chicken wasn't cold enough, and that they spotted an employee washing their hands without soap.

The workers at Sun Café in Huntsville earned their way off of the reinspection schedule, rising from a 74 to an 87 during their reinspection.
