Housing authority's plans for new property; Huntsville crime stats low in 2012

Crime statistics for Huntsville in 2012 were released today. Tonight, Shumuriel Ratliff talks to local law enforcement about whom and what they credit for those low numbers.

And members of the South Huntsville Civic Association and other residents of South Huntsville met with Huntsville Housing Authority representatives this evening. The purpose: to learn more about HHA's plans to purchase more property. If this purchase goes through, it would add four additional units to their fleet. We'll have full details on those plans.

Finally, in tonight's Crime Stoppers, two people are expressing their artistic side. But the trouble is, it was on someone else's property. Coming up, how they painted themselves into a corner. If you can identify them, you could pocket up to a thousand dollars.
