TUSCUMBIA, AL (WAFF) -

Thursday we introduced you to Pauline Smallwood, who said she is frustrated with crooks stealing items from her departed granddaughter's grave.

The cemetery is just outside the Tuscumbia city limits. Police Chief Tony Logan said he has received reports of these crimes, but he needs your help to catch the thieves.

"The particular cemetery is in our police jurisdiction, but not our city limits," Logan said. "We do not actively patrol the area. We do respond to calls, so that's why we need the eyes and ears of those who live around the cemetery."

If you know who is responsible, or if you see something suspicious, you are asked to contact Tuscumbia Police.
