BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

The U.S. Attorney's Office says there's been one final conviction in a bank robbery ring in east Alabama.

Marcus Tyshun Porter, 33, of Gadsden, will be sentenced in November for his role in a July 2008 robbery. Prosecutors say Porter was a lookout when two other men robbed what was then the Wachovia Bank in the Lenlock area.

After the robbery, the men carjacked two women at gunpoint, forcing them to drive to Gadsden.

Gabriel Rice, Willis Leach and Jesse Key have previously been convicted in this case.

The maximum sentence for Porter is 25 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
