Help could be on the way for thousands of local workers who have been furloughed. The House passed legislation that would end furloughs for some civilian defense workers. It's a story we told you about last night at 10. Tonight, what Arsenal employees have to say: Is it the glimmer of hope they've been waiting for? Shumuriel Ratliff talks to one employee tonight.
