According to court documents obtained by WAFF, a former Rogersville employee said the town failed to pay her for the overtime she worked while employed there.

Lisa Crumbley worked as a clerk for Rogersville from November 2000 to November 2012. During those 12 years, Crumbley claims she was not paid overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. The documents show she is asking for the money she should have made, plus attorney's fees.

An attorney for the town of Rogersville said he cannot comment on the case but they are investigating the claims. Calls to Crumbley's attorney have not been returned.
