2 teenagers hurt in overnight shooting

Good morning! Hope you had a great weekend. It's already been a very busy morning in the WAFF 48 newsroom.

2 teenagers are in critical condition after a shooting in Huntsville. It happened around 2AM near Belvoir Drive and Bluecrest Street. WAFF 48's Christine Pae will be at the scene all morning long. Check for her live updates at the top of the hours.

We're also staying on top of deadly wreck on Highway 431 that happened over the weekend. A truck carrying several children collided with a car just outside of Guntersville Sunday afternoon. 2 people were killed in that crash. We're still waiting on State Troopers for the names and ages of those people.

It's been a little over 24 hours since the not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman case. That verdict has sparked a huge debate over Florida's "Stand your ground" law. This morning, we're taking a closer look at a similar law that's on the books in Alabama.
