HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A credit card was mailed to a person from their financial institution. Not long after that, the card was being used.

The problem is, it wasn't being used by the card holder. A thief was holding that card.

Here's your chance to get your hands on some reward money in this week's WAFF 48 Crime Stoppers.

He's caught red-handed with a stolen credit card in those hands. The thief police say is using that card is seen on surveillance video at the Kroger on Hughes Road in Madison May 12th.

So how did this thief get his hands on the victim's card to begin with? The financial institution of the victim was supposed to mail that card to them. They never got it. It was either taken out of the mailbox or perhaps accidentally delivered to someone else.

Either way, a crime occurred.

They say pictures are worth a thousand words. Your anonymous words could make these pictures worth up to $1,000.

Do you know who this guy is? If so, we have three ways for you to turn him in.

You can make the anonymous call to 256-53-Crime.

Or you can text or e-mail your anonymous tips.

To see how to do that, click Crime Stoppers from our homepage, then the Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers link.

Again, there's a reward of up to a thousand dollars.
