Alabama Smokehouse on Jordan Lane got an 82.

A Madison County health inspector handed Alabama Smokehouse on Jordan Lane in Huntsville an 82. The inspector reported food that was prepared and stored for more than 24 hours, had no date marks, which is the way to record when food was made and know when it should be thrown away.

Alabama Smokehouse also lost points because the manager on duty did not have proof of passing the food safety course.

China 1 in Guntersville scored an 80 with the Marshall County Health Department. The inspector reported they were not keeping shell stock tags. The tags show whether a restaurant obtained shellfish from approved waters. China 1 also lost points because of dirty soda nozzles and a dirty can opener blade, and for a worker drinking in the kitchen.

The Subway on Nick Davis Road in Harvest scored an 84. The inspector reported there was no sanitizer in the dishwashing sink, and that was because the sanitizer dispenser wasn't working.
