DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Roads across North Alabama were affected by Thursday's heavy rainfall.

Crews in Decatur were out Friday repairing problems caused by flooding.

Street Department workers dug up asphalt on 5th Avenue near Eleanor Drive.

In Lawrence County, EMA officials said two roadways still have water over them. County Road 150 and County Road 593 in the Courtland area around Big Nance Creek are closed due to flooding.
