COLLEGE STATION, TX (KLTV) -

Two Texas A&M football players have been arrested after accusations arose linking them to an altercation that occurred in April 2013.

According to KBTX in College Station, 20-year-old Floyd Raven Sr. was arrested late Monday morning on two charges of assault causing bodily injury and one charge of criminal mischief. On Monday afternoon, 21-year-old Deshazor Everett turned himself into police and is faced with the same three charges as Raven. The charges stem from an April 7 incident that occurred at an apartment complex in College Station.

A police report states that the initial altercation occurred at the Hookah Station in College Station. Witnesses told police that Raven and Everett had been spraying champagne, angering another group nearby. Reportedly, no punches were thrown during the confrontation, and police and bouncers were able to break up the fight.

Following the altercation at the Hookah Station, the two victims and others returned to the Parkway Place Apartments. Allegedly, two people were pulled out of the SUV that returned to the apartments. The two victims were reportedly pulled out of the vehicle by a large group of men who then punched and kicked them. Raven and Everett were identified by both the victims and witnesses.

In a police interview, both players admitted to being involved in the incident that occurred at the Hookah Station. The men also admitted to driving to the apartment complex. Raven and Everett added that eight to ten unknown men were with them.

When the SUV driven by the victims pulled into the apartment complex, the group approached the vehicle with intentions to finish the confrontation that had started at the Hookah Station. Everett admitted to police that he had come face-to-face with one of the victims pulled from the vehicle, but that another man had punched and knocked him down.

Raven told police that someone attempted to hit him and missed. The football player then punched the person twice, knocking him to the ground.

According to one of the victims, nearly $1400 in damage was done to the SUV involved in the incident.

Bond for both Raven and Everett has been set at $4000 for each of the three charges they face.
