Valley LGBT community celebrates Supreme Court rulings; Veteran's family seeks answers after fatal hit-and-run

The North Alabama gay community is celebrating today's Supreme Court decision that strikes down parts of the Defense of Marriage Act and California's ban on same-sex marriage. Tonight, why members of the community say this is a victory even though Alabama does not recognize same-sex marriages.

It's been a year since someone struck and killed a military veteran while he was crossing a street. Tonight, Jonathan Jackson's family is asking anyone to come forward it they have information about his killer. What this year has been like for the family – knowing the person responsible may still be on the streets – tonight at 10.

And a man who was set to get married Friday was killed in an early morning wreck. Mark Montgomery was on his motorcycle when he collided with an 18-wheeler and was then struck by another vehicle. The driver of that car fled the scene but was later arrested. Tonight, how Montgomery's friends and fellow bikers plan to honor him.
