It is wet out there this morning, and that's putting it mildly. Storms moved through overnight and, this morning, most of North Alabama is under a flash flood watch. In the news, we're working for more information on a person found in the middle of the road overnight on Highway 31 in Decatur. The details are sketchy right now, but Lauren Morrison is on the phone right now. She'll join us live at the top of the 5:00 and 6:00 newscasts this morning.

Christine Pae's sifting through the Alabama Accountability Act, helping preview the list of failing schools, which comes out today. She'll also delve into what that definition means for schools and some of you, in case you want to move your children to a non-failing public school or private school.
