A main break sent water rushing in an area along Hurricane Road Saturday night.
The FDA says contaminated drugs shipped from a Tennessee pharmacy made their way to Alabama.
The FDA says it found bacteria and fungus in drug vials of a steroid injection distributed by Main Street Family Pharmacy out of Newbern.
The company shipped the product to medical facilities in 13 states, including Alabama. Patients in North Carolina and Illinois reported skin abscesses after being injected with the medicine.
Meanwhile, the Alabama Department of Health says only one clinic received the product and less than 100 patients were given the steroid.
None of those patients have reported any symptoms.
