5 injured in overnight wreck

Five people were injured at a wreck at Bradford Drive and Wynn Drive overnight. Five people were injured at a wreck at Bradford Drive and Wynn Drive overnight.
HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Five people were taken to the hospital after an overnight wreck in West Huntsville.

Around midnight, two vehicles collided in the intersection at Bradford Drive and Wynn Drive. One car left the road and hit the Redstone Federal Credit Union sign head-on.

Three adults were transported to Huntsville Hospital and two juveniles were taken to the women and children's hospital.

Huntsville Fire helped the patients, along with HEMSI paramedics and Huntsville Police.

None of the injuries were life-threatening. The intersection was cleared in about an hour.

The Redstone Federal Credit Union Sign was damaged and will have to be replaced.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

    A ground search ensued that lasted about four hours and covered approximately six miles, ending a few hundred yards east of Hays Mill Road where the suspects were caught in a hunting stand/shoot house.
