MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A Morgan County couple was arrested after deputies found a meth lab at a flea market.

Deputies and drug agents responded to the Lacon Trade Day Flea Market Wednesday.

Deputies said they saw Anthony Mooney, 46 of Vinemont, shaking a plastic bottle and that when Mooney saw them he tried to run into the women's bathroom to get rid of an active one-pot meth lab.

Deputies recovered the lab and arrested Mooney.

After getting a warrant, deputies searched a building at the flea market owned by Mooney and found materials used to make meth.

Mooney's wife, Tracie Yvette Mooney, 47, was also arrested. Deputies said she was in possession of a glass smoking pipe, marijiana, and a loaded handgun.
