White House student hurt performing YouTube stunt

Posted: Updated:

A high school senior is hospitalized with serious head injuries after trying to perform a dangerous stunt that involves jumping over a vehicle.

The maneuver involves jumping onto the hood of the car and then safely over the back of the vehicle.

But Cody Fram, 18, of White House Heritage High School didn't complete the stunt properly and was hurt, according to a report in the Smokey Barn News.

Police said Fram ended up bouncing off the car and landed in the middle of the road, hitting the back of his head on the pavement.

Fram was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center on Monday afternoon after suffering a head laceration and concussion.

The chief of police said the driver could face charges.
