A main break sent water rushing in an area along Hurricane Road Saturday night.
The first red light camera in Phenix City will start recording incidents this Monday April 15.
The first camera to be activated will be at the intersection of 13th Street and Broad Street.
The red light camera will only capture data of a vehicle, if it enters the intersection after the signal turns red.
Warnings will be issued for 30 days after the initial activation; however, citations will be issued after that 30 day period.
The fine for running a red light is $100.
